This year, there are 2 available options to apply: 

1. Dropbox
   The applicant will be required to complete the application form and other required documents before scanning and uploading the documents to the dedicated Dropbox.
   
    
2. Online
   The applicant can complete part of the application form section online. However, depending on each applicant's preference, you might need to scan and upload the required documents to Dropbox.
